Gibson & Anderson Construction, Inc. has been building quality homes in the Birmingham area for 34 years.  Our experience is 2,000 homes strong and growing.  The reputation we've built in the community is excellent, and we work daily to ensure our high standing in the market with exciting floor plans, proven materials and workmanship, and a sincere focus upon customer satisfaction.

We don't build production houses.  We build semi-custom homes.

What's the difference?  You get more of what you want.  We accomplish this by incorporating you, the future homewoner, into our building process.  You choose among thousands of decorative options in consultation with one of Birmingham's best independent interior designers, and you have a voice in the final home plans.  No, we're not afraid to alter the plans (within reason, of course).  We admit we've never built the same home twice.

The team makes the difference.

Who are we?  We are 13 ordinary professionals who simply enjoy what we do and enjoy working with one another.  Many of our trade partners have worked for us for decades.  We know the names of their kids and grandkids.

If you build with us, you'll get to know us along the way with no fewer than 4 scheduled meetings: our PreConstruction Conference, Framing Walk-Thru, Homeowner Orientation, and Scheduled Warranty Visit.  We think building a home should be an exciting adventure.  We'll work diligently to eliminate any potential anxieties by equipping you along the way with proper expectations and "homework" that will help ease you into each new area of your involvement.

Did you know?

Our experience isn't limited to residential construction or Alabama.  We are also a licensed general contractor in Florida, and we built many of the existing condominium complexes along Scenic Walton County 30-A outside Destin.  We have also erected many commercial projects.
